This incident has been resolved. Earlier today, the 1099policy API, worker, analytics dashboard, and insurance applications experienced a service disruption caused by an upstream infrastructure issue that prevented our services from reaching the database. All services have recovered and are operating normally. We'll follow up with a short post-incident writeup.
